Residents of Vilnius living in the central part of the capital distance to the Cathedral Square, Gediminas Tower or Pilies street emphasize as one of the most important features describing their home, In the process of designing of the new housing in the surrounding of other dwelling houses the main target was to create a building of an interesting architecture by stressing that close neighborhood so important for a Vilnius citizen. That's how the Periscope glancing at the Gediminas Tower emerged above the sea of grey soviet blocks of flats.The housing contains the main 6 storey volume and 3 storey volume resembling the periscope.
